Computershare Executive Services (formerly RSS) was founded in August 2000 by Greg Besner and Joseph Studholme. Greg's significant experience managing restricted stock transactions at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, partnered with Joe's decades of experience managing software development teams, led to the rapid development of their industry leading software solutions.
